Wogsland has joined the firm as an Associate.  Mr. Wogsland's practice will focus on transactional matters and estate planning.  Mr. Wogsland is a native of the Cooperstown, N.D. area, and is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law. 

September 4, 2008- The Nilles Law Firm announces that Megan E. Bjerke has joined the firm as an Associate.  Ms. Bjerke's practice will focus on civil litigation and insurance law.  Ms. Bjerke is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and the College of St. Benedict/ St. John's University. 

October 16, 2008- Duane Ilvedson, head of the Litigation and Insurance departments, recieved the "Boss of the Year" award for 2008-09 from the Fargo chapter of the National Association of Legal Secretaries.  Congrats, Duane!
