Michael Carlson is an associate attorney in the firm’s transactional group. His practice focuses primarily on business and real estate matters, and includes such matters as business formations and startups, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities regulation, general commercial law, and commercial real estate transactions. Michael was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. Michael lives in Fargo, North Dakota with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Michael enjoys art, spending time with his family, playing and collecting guitars, and spending summers at the lake.
