
Adam D. Wogsland
.
A native of the Cooperstown, N.D., area, Adam received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from Jamestown College. During his time at UND, he competed in Moot Court, served on the Moot Court Board, and was selected to the Order of Barristers. At UND, Adam also earned an externship placement with the Honorable Kermit E. Bye, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Following law school, he clerked for the eight judges in North Dakota’s East Central Judicial District. Adam joined Nilles Law Firm in 2008 and concentrates on estate planning, real estate law, and business law.
Adam is licensed to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the Cass County Bar Association. Adam is also member of the Fargo Kiwanis Club. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
