Andrew L.B. Noah

Born August 2, 1967 in Fargo, North Dakota

Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Andy received his business administration degree from the University of North Dakota. He received his law degree from the University of North Dakota in 1993 with distinction and was also named to the Order of the Coif. He was articles editor of the University of North Dakota Law Review and authored "The 'Family Purpose' Doctrine - Just What is Its Purpose in North Dakota?"

Andy practices in the business and real estate departments in the Nilles Law firm and leads the firm's title service, Northern Title.  Andy is also an Agent for the Chicago Title Insurance Company.  He is active in youth hockey organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of Dollars for Scholars and Rebuilding Together.
