Ben J. Williams

Ben Williams was born in Moorhead, Minnesota.  He received his undergraduate degrees in Biology and History from Concordia College in Moorhead.

Ben received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law.  During law school, he was selected to extern with the United States District Court of North Dakota.  Ben also served as the Articles Editor for the North Dakota Law Review.  His case comment on Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 129 S.Ct. 1937 (2009) was published in 86 N.D. L. Rev. 383 (2010) and was recognized by the North Dakota Bar Foundation as the most outstanding student article for 2010.  Ben is a member of the Order of the Coif.  

Ben is licensed to practice before the state courts of North Dakota.  His practice is in the firm's litigation and insurance departments.   Mr. Williams practices creditor's rights law including garnishments, post judgment collection and placement of liens.
