H. Malcolm Pippin

Malcolm is managing partner of the Williston office and engages in most aspects of civil litigation and business transactions. Malcolm is an experienced trial lawyer and has had several reported appellate decisions.

He graduated in 1989 from the University of North Dakota Law School with distinction. During law school he was Senior Editor of the North Dakota Law Review. The year following law school Malcolm was Law Clerk to Justice H.F. Gierke III, of the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Malcolm is admitted to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana. He is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Montana Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
