
Jacqueline S. Anderson
Born August 31, 1962 in Moorhead, Minnesota
Jackie practices in the Litigation department and focuses her practice on employment law, insurance and workers compensation. Jackie is a Special Assistant Attorney General for North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance and the head of the firm's workers compensation department. Jackie has argued numerous cases before the North Dakota Supreme Court and has given Continuing Legal Education presentations in the area of workers compensation.
Jackie joined the Nilles Law Firm in 1995 after graduating from the University of North Dakota where she was named to the Order of the Coif. Jackie is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota state and federal courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her undergraduate degree is from Moorhead State University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1992).
Jackie was the Research Editor at the North Dakota Law Review, 1994-1995. There she authored and published "Changing Venue to Obtain a Fair and Impartial Trial: Trial Court Discretion or Subject of Evaluation? Is This The End of Trials in Rural North Dakota Counties?" 70 N.D.L. Review 675 (1994).
