Kristi L. Haugen

Born September 26, 1976 in Mandan, North Dakota

Kristi grew up in Mandan, North Dakota and graduated from Mandan High School in 1995. In December 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota, graduating magna cum laude. Following her undergraduate studies, Kristi enrolled in law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law. She graduated from law school in May 2003, receiving her juris doctor, with distinction.

Immediately following law school, Kristi spent a year working as a judicial law clerk for the eight judges of the South Central Judicial District in Bismarck, North Dakota.

After her clerkship, Kristi went into private practice with a firm in Crookston Minnesota. Kristi joined the Nilles Law firm in October 2006. She currently works in a variety of areas, including real estate, collections/creditor's remedies, probate and business law. She is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, the North Dakota Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, and the 14th District Bar Association.

Kristi is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota.
