Gregory B. Selbo

Greg Selbo focuses his practice on serving business clients, commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning and probate, including clearing title to western North Dakota mineral interests. He represents several closely-held businesses and their owners and, with the support of the other Nilles Lawyers, is able to provide services in the areas of their business structure, shareholder matters, buy-sell agreements, employment issues and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents and provides legal services to the Fargo Park District. Greg has served as the firm’s president. He grew up in Fargo. His wife, Pam, is a retired elementary school teacher and they have three grown children. He enjoys the lake country of Minnesota, golf and tennis.
